5.1 Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited delivery. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Shipping estimates provided during checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.

5.2 Delivery: We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, but we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or natural disasters.

5.3 International Shipping: For orders shipped outside the United States, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

6.1 Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds at EmbroideredPatches.us are granted under specific conditions to ensure fairness and transparency. You may request a refund if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the approved design proof. Additionally, if your order is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe due to our fault, you may be eligible for a refund. However, it's important to note that all refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. This timeframe allows us to address any issues promptly and maintain a high standard of customer service.

6.2 Ineligibility for Refunds: Not all situations qualify for a refund. For example, refunds will not be granted for a change of mind after the design has been approved and production has begun. Additionally, slight variations in color, size, or design that are within industry-standard tolerances do not qualify for a refund. We also cannot offer refunds if incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer or if the product was damaged due to misuse or improper care. Each custom patch is crafted to your specific requirements, and minor discrepancies may occur due to the nature of the manufacturing process.

6.3 Refund Process: If your refund request is accepted, the approved refund amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. While we strive to process refunds quickly, please be aware that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account. In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a cash refund, particularly if you prefer to use the credit for future purchases. This store credit will be valid for a set period and can be applied to any product available on EmbroideredPatches.us.

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the approved design proof. We understand that, despite all precautions, there may be instances where the product does not meet your expectations. In such cases, we encourage you to contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photographs of the defective or incorrect item. Our team will assess the situation and determine the best course of action.

If your return request is approved, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for returned items unless specified in the Refund Policy. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging. Custom patches that have been used, worn, or altered in any way are not eligible for returns.

Additionally, we may cancel an order if there is a failure in payment processing, or if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

9.1 Payments: We aim to make the payment process as simple and secure as possible. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars, and payment is required at the time of order placement. This license is limited to the specific order and does not transfer any ownership rights to us.
